Easy Roasted Asparagus

If you’re looking for an easy vegetable side dish, this recipe is for you.  Its easy to prepare taste phenomenal and looks pretty.




  • Asparagus, ends trimmed and peeled if thick
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • nutritional yeast, optional


Preheat oven to 200c / 400f

Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and give it a good shake, making sure its well coated.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutritional yeast.  Roast the asparagus for 25 minutes, until crisp and tender.  Serve immediately.
