- Asparagus, ends trimmed and peeled if thick
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- nutritional yeast, optional
Preheat oven to 200c / 400f
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and give it a good shake, making sure its well coated. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutritional yeast. Roast the asparagus for 25 minutes, until crisp and tender. Serve immediately.
